SHIPPING
Orders placed online by 3 PM Mountain Time will usually ship the same day Monday through Friday. An e-mail message is automatically sent when your items ships. If you don't get one, look in your bulk or junk mail folder. Be sure to add cutereadingglasses.com to your approved receive list. The post office does not post the progress of most packages online on their web site, USPS.com. Usually, the package will not be scanned and posted until it is delivered to the destination. We use the USPS system for all orders. USPS is usually reliable for mailing to the U.S. and Canada. However, once it is put into their system, I cannot control what happens to your package from USPS until it is delivered to your mailbox. After your package leaves my hands, I cannot maintain responsibility for it and will only issue a refund if the merchandise is returned in the same condition that it left here. Postal insurance is included in the shipping cost at checkout. You will not see the insurance amount on the package since we use a different company for the insurance.
Shipping within the United States
I will ship to any location in the United States and Military APO/FPO via the United States Postal Service. Shipping is USPS Mail with FREE Postal Insurance and will be shown in your shopping cart during checkout. You will not see the insurance amount on the package since we use a different company for the insurance.
Please Note: Sales tax of 5.000% is charged on purchases shipped to addresses in the state of New Mexico.

Orders Shipped Within USA
If you are not satisfied for any reason return the unworn/unused items to us within 3 days of receipt for a refund of your purchase price minus our cost of shipping. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.
Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of your original receipt with the ties along with a note letting us know the reason for the return. Failure to provide any paperwork may delay your refund.

No refunds or exchanges will be made on any reading glasses that have been worn, used or are returned broken or were sent after 3 days from receipt. If discounts were given and the return causes the discount to no longer be applicable, we will adjust the refund accordingly.
